Please read all the terms below carefully before creating an account or using any service on this platform. By using the service, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7u7 asian platform and the user. Using 7u7 asian services through the website, mobile application, or any other channel constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Eligibility and Account

All 7u7 asian services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. By registering, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement. 7u7 asian may request proof of identity at any time to verify age. Registering with a false age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 One Account Policy
Only one account may be opened per person, household, device, IP address, or identity document. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will cause account verification to fail and withdrawals to be blocked. If any details need to be changed, please contact customer support.
2.4 Account Security
The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
7u7 asian currently accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed quickly. 7u7 asian may delay crediting funds if the deposit cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless 7u7 asian permits otherwise.
3.3 Verification Requirements
Before processing a withdrawal request, 7u7 asian may request identity verification documents. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. This is done for the protection of the user.
3.4 Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking account or bank account are strictly prohibited. 7u7 asian may reject such transactions and place the associated account under investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bets placed outside the betting limits or on certain games may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
4.3 Terms for Other Promotions
Weekly deposit rewards, Friday special reload, slots festival, birthday gift, and refer-a-friend bonus — each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Each promotion must be claimed within its specified time limit.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to manipulate the bonus system, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonuses will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and winnings, and the account may be closed. 7u7 asian reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Gaming Policy
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on 7u7 asian are operated through certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others). Each outcome is determined independently using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result of any bet is not influenced by previous bets.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, internet disconnection, or other technical issue, 7u7 asian will review the record of that round and make a decision accordingly. 7u7 asian is not obliged to pay out incorrect winnings displayed due to a software error.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting to exploit weaknesses in games
- Coordinating with other users to abuse bonuses
- Disturbing or harassing others in the gaming environment
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
5.4 Sports Betting Specific Policy
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or a walkover is declared, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, the bet will be recalculated at the combined odds of the remaining selections. In live betting, 7u7 asian reserves the right to change odds or suspend bets in certain situations.

8.3 Return of Funds
